Electric pipeline heater is constituted by various tube-shaped electric heating elements, a cylinder and a guide plate. Tube-shaped electric heating elements are used as the heating unit. Electric pipe heater is a piece of electric heating equipment which is used to heat up pipes or media therein. A single-chip processor and a temperature sensor constitute the temperature control unit. The heater has two bearing liner-shaped inner metal shells, each of which is equipped with an electric heating tube on the inner wall. Besides, there are two bearing liner-shaped heat-conducting layers attached to the pipe. The outer walls of the two heat-conducting layers are closely attached to the inner walls of the two inner metal shells; and the outer walls of the two metal inner shells are closely attached to two bearing liner-shaped insulating layers. On the outside surface of these two insulating layers, there are two bearing liner-shaped enclosures. The above heating elements are clamped to the pipe with fixtures. This innovation, featured by high thermal efficiency and convenient installation and disassembly, is applicable to the heating of various types of pipelines.
